Manage your employee’s attendance with simple to use In / Out entry with different reports available for reporting.

Break Type:

In different organization, employees are entitled to avail different types of breaks like Lunch, Tea, Meeting, Training. Through this option, Administrator can assign breaks to employees as per their shifts. Break Type option is available in Admin Option > Break Types. By default, two break types are available.

  1. Meal
  2. Rest.

Administrator can create custom Break Types. Administrator can also delete all break types as per requirement.

Shift:

In many companies, work force are assigned to different shifts according to their working hours. With this option, administrator can create and assign different types of Shifts with multiple break options and can also capture employee’s location. Shift option is available in Admin Options > Shifts. By default, General shift is available in Shift Page. Any Shift type can be created, updated and deleted by employee having admin rights.

Features of Shits Option:

  • Each shift must contain Shift Name, Start Time, End Time.
  • Administrator can assign more than one break to a shift and specify its duration. Shift can also be created without any break as it is not mandatory.
  • Under Permission tab, if company require to capture Employee’s Location when attendance is marked through web, enable Web Clock-In / Clock-Out option.
  • If company require to capture Employee’s Location when attendance is marked through Mobile App, enable Mobile Clock-In / Clock-Out option.
  • If company require to capture Employee’s photo when attendance is marked through Mobile App, enable Mobile Clock-In / Clock-Out. option. This feature is only available for TimeClock Mobile Application.

Assigning Shift to Employee:

When a new employee is created, default shift will be assigned to employee along with auto-generated Employee pin and QR Code.
Administrator can change the Shift below steps,

  1. Navigate to Employees > Advance Tab.
  2. Click on Shift drop-down and select the desired Shift.
  3. Click Update.
    [Important Note] Shifts already assigned to employees cannot be deleted.

Other features of Attendance in Employee Profile

  • Employee Pin field is unique and cannot be duplicated. Administrator can assign unique pin to employees as well through Employee Profile > Advance Tab > Employee Pin.
  • Administrator can also download Employee QR code from Employee Profile > QR Code for other use.

My Attendance (Attendance From TimeLive Web):

Attendance Management feature is only available when it is enabled from Admin Options > Feature Management.

Through My Attendance, Users can

  • marked attendance through Clock-In / Clock-Out Button.
  • avail break through Break-In / Break-Out button.
  • see their attendance history through filters.

Through My Attendance, Admin can

  • mark attendance of any employee through Clock-In / Clock-Out Manually Button.
  • see Attendance Data of all employees with filters.
  • update any employee’s attendance along with breaks.
